BOCA's fleet offers customers unique versatility.  Machine enhancements including increased horsepower and variable width cutter heads enable unmatched production and precise removal.  A BOCA designed combo head is capable of cutting widths of 2 feet to 4 feet in 6 inch increments at a max depth of 12 inches.

Deep Cut

BOCA advanced its services when designing a variable width cutting system capable of removing 16 ½ inches of material.  A modified Wirtgen W2000 standing six inches taller than stock and utilizing 800hp is called on to perform this unique service.  Widths of 2 feet to 5 feet in 12 inch increments provides BOCA's customers with options to best complete the job at hand.

Beast with Brains

BOCA's W220s possess a 7'3" cutter head and have the ability to cut 13" in depth.  Following modifications including boosting CAT C-18 engines to 1,000hp and reducing overall weight for simplified maneuverability and mobilization, these machines deliver awesome production and quality.

Wirtgen W2000

Thoroughbred

Since the first purchase in the late 90s the W2000 has been BOCA's machine of choice.  This is due in large part to countless enhancements, many of which are included by today's manufacturers.  Key adjustments of a "BOCAtized" W2000 include on-board diagnostics, additional operator and ground controls, conveyor scale system, more responsive hydraulics and of course, increased power.

In 2010, BOCA had a goal of altering a machine that would enable unmatched removal capabilities.  Following the necessary modifications to a Wirtgen W2000, BOCA offered its customers a machine that could cut up to depths of 16.5".  In fact, 20" inches of removal is often achieved with the installation of additional scraper blades.

BOCA Operations & Scheduling System (The BOSS) is a web-based enterprise system designed to manage all facets of operations including quoting, scheduling, maintenance and inventory.  The BOSS provides the tools to deliver the best for customers and has proven to further separate BOCA from competitors.

Communication

When calling on BOCA, customers will experience high-level communication within all stages of execution including notification alerts when a scheduled machine is confirmed or has been modified.

Day One

BOCA Construction, Inc. began business in 1978 with a Galion RP-42 Road Grinder and two employees, Mike Bockrath and Joe Caizzo.  The purchase of a Barber Greene RX-40 took place in 1981 allowing BOCA to deliver similar quality with higher production rates.  Although capabilities of a mid-sized milling machine were significant, it was quickly determined that modifications would allow even more production and accuracy.  In-house enhancements not only engaged BOCA's employees but also created advantages over competitors.
